For most restaurant/lounges, the ability to draw to a late night crowd and serve them beverages can mean tripling or quadrupling weekly sales. A sure way of doing this is by a local celebrity DJ or a live act. Assuming your venue is a bona fide restaurant. There is an art form to making this work; one has to be able to manage the space, to seat the guests for dinner and maintain them while transitioning your venue into a small club or lounge. It is unlikely that you are happy with the sales strictly from dinner guests and marketing your boutique restaurant to the last call can be extremely profitable.
